Academic Projects
Tableau
During a recent class, I created several Tableau data visualizations that quickly became one of my favorite academic projects. What struck me most was how visual storytelling can unlock hidden insights from raw numbers. Turning static data into interactive, meaningful charts gave me a clearer understanding of its underlying patterns—and highlighted how essential visualization is across industries and roles.
This project built on earlier experience with Excel, deepening my skillset and helping me grasp the connection between raw data and strategic decision-making. As someone pursuing Business Management, I recognized how crucial data fluency is for effective leadership and informed analysis.
If I were to approach this project again, I’d invest more time learning how to enhance impact and clarity—refining not just the visuals but the interpretation behind them. Tableau offers a wide range of powerful tools, and I’m committed to continuing my growth in this area. Outside of the classroom, I plan to complete a full Tableau training course to strengthen a skill I believe will be indispensable in the workplace.

Cryptocurrency
The financial and cryptocurrency markets have recently captured my attention—especially their volatility, which makes them dynamic and full of opportunity. Market movement creates space for profit, and understanding that movement is key. To dive deeper, I’ve started mock trading to study how traders read shifts and act strategically.
One part of this has been technical analysis. I developed a custom multiple-confluence indicator that combines three key market signals into one chart. This tool helps me visualize overlapping aspects of sentiment and momentum, offering a more nuanced read on potential market behavior.
What I’ve found is that I genuinely enjoy this kind of hands-on chart reading and data interpretation. There’s something rewarding about seeing trends unfold and knowing your analysis called it. Beyond the numbers, I’ve also grown increasingly interested in the structural side of crypto—especially the principles behind blockchain. It’s a field I’m eager to explore more deeply, both academically and professionally.
